Where do you ship?

Beloved Fashion Boutique, LLC will ship orders anywhere in the United States Continental.

What are the shipping rates?

Beloved Fashion Boutique orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority or UPS Ground which mean your package has the possibility to be delivered on the weekend. Orders typically take 1 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday's after 5PM EST- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. Standard Service deliveries made to residential addresses do not require a signature and the rates are as followed:

                           Flat rate fee $8.95 for orders up to-$74.99

                           Flat rate fee $14.94 for orders over $75.00

Do you do local delivery?

Yes, Flat rate fee is $5.00 for local delivery in a 10-mile radius surrounding zip code 33702.

What do I do if my order was lost or stolen?

 Please first contact your local post office or delivery service. They have access to specific GPS technology and can help tell you exactly where your postal carrier delivered the package. Beloved Fashion Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or stole packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier. If your package doesn't show up within 48 hours please email our Net Agents at www.beloved-fashion-boutique.myshop.myshopify.com or send an email to belovedfashionboutique@yahoo.com for further assistance with your order.

Why I haven’t received a confirmation email?

It’s possible the email went straight to your bulk/spam folder or we may have an incorrect email address on file. Contact Customer Care and we will verify whether your order was placed and re-send any confirmation emails.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain the tracking number for your order and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number into the appropriate field. If you do not have a tracking number please contact Customer Care for additional assistance. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages.

Can my order be cancelled or modified?

Beloved Fashion Boutique, LLC do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately you cannot change, cancel or modify an online order once it is placed.

Possible Delays:
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. These packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame. To track your order please use tracking number emailed or texted to you once your order has been shipped. If there are any issues regarding your delivery, please contact your local carrier to investigate. If they are not able to assist, please contact us at belovedfashionboutique@yahoo.com.
