Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know when you order something, you are anxious to get your order expeditiously. Due to Covid-19 and other variables outside our control, you may experience a little delay with the time your order will be delivered. Please note, we ship your purchase same day after your payment is received. However, guaranteed Postal Delivery is control by the Postal Service.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Normally 1 Day
Standard Shipping Time: Normally 3-7 Business Days
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: The estimated time it takes to process your order.
Shipping Time : The estimated time it takes to deliver your order

All orders will be processed same day (excluding Holidays).
At this time all orders have a standard shipping cost of $9.99 (Excluding occasional shipping promotions). Meaning we will ship almost anything on our website to anywhere within the United States Continental for the flat rate.
You can also save money by arranging to pick-up your purchase same days your payment is received (pick up location will be provided upon purchase).
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out.
Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
We are not responsible for lost, misdeliver, stolen packages or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, all we can do is suggest you check please check with family, room mates, neighbors, building security and etc. We can not be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated as delivered.
