Return Policy

AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT OFFER: NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ONLY EXCHANGE (see details below)!

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase and the service you received from us. Beloved Fashion Boutique, LLC provide exchanges for size if the item is in stock. A request for exchange item must be made within 5 days upon receiving the order. All exchanged items must be in the original condition with all product tags attached. All items will be inspected for signs of wear, launder, smoke or perfume odor and any stains from makeup and deodorant. In the event the item does not match the original condition, the item will be rejected and return to sender. No Refund, Exchange or Store Credit will be granted. All exchanges are final sale. Eligible items must be post marked for exchange within 5 days from the date the order was originally delivered.

Be sure that your invoice is submitted with your return. Please write the reason for your return on your invoice.
Please return your items via USPS ONLY within 5 days of tracking delivery.
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return labels.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (wrong size or color).
Please be sure you finalize your purchase and have the correct style, color and size before checkout.

Please contact us BEFORE you return any goods. DO NOT return parcels to the address on the package as that information is to our agent and will NOT return packages to us. If you need to return an item, please contact us first via email: belovedfashionboutique@yahoo.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return for an exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from you order.
